Guys, I have found the best way is to download something called the "K-lite codec pack"
Just search Google for it. It installs all the extra stuff you need to play these files and also installs Media Player Classic which is the best movie player. Just reply here if you cant play the file after installing the K-lite pack and I will try to help you
