When I download from "ImageFap" the odd picture comes up with a jpeg filename, otherwise they all come up "untitled bitmap",,,so I have to copy and paste into photoshop then save as jpeg, so consider yourself lucky if you can just save them as they come up one at a time,,,it could be worse.
