Well, since you cut and pasted my post from another site verbatum, it would appear to most that you were trying to pass our pics off as your own.
I would have probably posted some of our pics here, had I not found these had been posted the way they were, leading people to believe they were your own.
As for the copyright claims, I am the photographer, and that is my wife, so by all means please remove the pics. You're the one who put them up without permission, the least you can do is remove them so as not to mislead anyone else into assuming they are your own.

if you are photographer please get some hints and your pics never gone away from your site if you doesn't want it:
1) always write on site that the content are copyrighted
2) always setup on pics url of your site (here at my site you'll never get pics from copyrighted sites or with cutted URLs of original sites)

You know, it's not the issue of someone else having a copy of the pics. It's the misrepresentation of your post that is just wrong.
Why not just ask someone if you can post their pics? I know which free site you got them from, so why didn't you just send a PM and invite us over here to post those pics or ask before you posted them the way you did?

Instead of surfing other sites and copying other people's pics without their permission, why not take some courses in English and brush up on your spelling. It would be time well invested, but probably wouldn't make you as much money with the sponsors advertising eh?
By the way, the site where I post pics is doing fine, and you know very well that I have many of my wifes pics posted there in quantity in my personal album. The reason you didn't use any of those pics, is because I deleted the album and re-posted all the pics with our e-mail address across each pic.
If you want me to make a believer out of you, post more of her pics after I have asked you to cease, and I'll simply turn it over to my attorney. You can forget about using our pics to promote your site. You will need to steal someone elses pics for that.
