There is a similar video on the net, the video is called "A visit to africa" where a japansese girl visits a tribe in africa. it features some unprotected sex between the girl and an african tribesman. If you look at the opening of part 1 of the video, you'll see that the Japanese text says that the video is from 1974. This would have been before AIDS was really known. Those of us old enough to remember the 'good old days' before such sexual diseases can verify that there was a lot more unprotected sex.
