Not interracial, but there was a French movie about 15-20 years ago, on late night cable, showed a woman experiencing eroticism at the hands of a master at his chateau. He gave her a bath in something, then sealed the area between her legs, opening a tube where hundreds of crickets went to her pubic hair and drove her insane with desire.
